We were there for only one night, but it was a great stay! Gym was clean and the equipment was high tech and easy to use. Breakfast was delicious and buffet options were great, including the vegetarian options. They have cold brew available along with their hot coffee options. They have hydration stations, you can refill your reusable water bottle! You also get free water in your room! Clean room, kind and helpful staff, amenities were great; I am definitely rebooking here next time I’m in the bay!

Parking was awful. Street parking only. Unless you want to pay $50 for a valet that had us waiting for over 30 minutes because they could not find my car

Staff was wonderful and so was the valet. Room was immaculate and clean and breakfast was also really amazing.

Great place to stay for a concert at the Fox. Wall was fine- not sketchy.

Stayed here for one night and it was great! Staff was very friendly, the room had a great view, and was extremely clean! Walking distance from lots of food places. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, comfortable bed. View of the city was great. Location is less than a 10min walk to the Fox Theater. Staff is friendly. $50 valet but worth it for the added vehicle protection.

Nice room, ice machine was cool, breakfast bar was great. Nice big windows and shower. The two receptionist ladies working the night shift on 3/27 were so insanely rude!!!!! I don't normally travel or book hotels. My room was registered under my middle name for some odd reason and there was confusion on that aspect but they were out of pocket RUDE to me about it for some reason. Like rage baiting me?? My guest was right there with me she can validate all this. Also I didn't have any idea there was a $200 deposit needed before I could get my keys. Which is cool, it just completely caught me off guard. They could've withheld the rudeness and gaslighting, biting sarcasm. The location was.... intimidating but it's ok. Also there was no coffee pot with which to brew coffee. But I didn't want to ask the receptionists because I already felt extremely UNWELCOMED. Yikes!!!!!!
