Very nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, beds were very comfortable. The ambiance created by the hotel design was relaxing. The rooftop was a nice surprise. The only negative was that the listing said beach access and it was not by the beach. However downtown Norwalk and the beach area is less than a 10 minute drive. Will be returning.

The style, appointments are very attract I’ve. Parking is seamless outside or in the self-parking garage. The restaurant is lovely and wait staff and menu are top notch!

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Complimentary parking!

Clean room, nice staff. Right next to train and water so can be very loud. Ice machine from the 1980s was incredibly loud all day and night.

Good restaurant to have diner! To book recept on room extra fee was added to price. (Not mentioned before). Rooms are very nice, enough space. Luxury bathroom. Topbar only open for restricted parties! So not accessible for “normal” customers. Breakfast extreme bad!!! Plastic knife/fork so not able to spread butter on sandwich. No cheese or meet or other stuff to put on sandwich accept Nutella in plastic. No eggs, or other stuff as usual. (You could prepare a tasteless pancake… ). Fruit available in prepared plastic/paper buckets, so tasteless. Limited fitness, but oké!
