Norwalk Inn & Conference Center

Property was clean but a little dated. Extremely small older model tv with no movie channels. We were there on a Sunday and the bar was barely open. The location was good for the district venue for the show we were seeing. Pool looked clean.

When we arrived at the property, one of the owners wished we had booked directly with a hotel and not with Hotels.Com because they have a very big electric bill to pay and don't wanna pay that commission to hotels.com. The room was clean and nice. However only two of the 5 toiletries were not empty. Very frustrating. And then in the morning, the electricity went off and our devices weren't charging nor was the outlet in the bathroom working. A very disappointing night we spent at this hotel. In the morning, we tried to get some ice for our drinks in our cooler and the ice machine was leaking all over the floor and empty. I would never recommend or stay at this place again. At night at 10 o'clock, the server in the restaurant was fabulous. I wish I knew her name and the chicken sandwich was excellent.

Beautiful Property. Very clean. Pillows were small but comfortable. Mattress was very good. We loved our room, small but cute. Didn't have time for food but the dining areas were gorgeous. Will stay here again!!!

We didn't take advantage of the restaurant but did have a drink at the bar and were impressed by the reasonable price and variety of options.

This is my favorite place to stay when traveling along the eastern seaboard. The staff are excellent and welcoming. Glad the pool is open for the summer!

The front desk was wonderful and obviously trained in attentive customer service. The room with two queen sized beds was very clean ,up to date ,and decorated in what I would call a colonial style. The room had everything one could need including a refrigerator ,a microwave ,and a Keurig coffee maker. The air conditioning worked very well and ,of particular note, did not blow directly on the desk or the beds. While small, the bathroom was new and clean with abundant hot water and nice toiletries. I particularly appreciated the grab bar that was available in the shower. There was no safe in the room, and so I did not have housekeeping come ,although they are willing to come daily. I just got my new coffee pods at the front desk. The ice machine is located on the lobby floor ,away from people who are trying to sleep. There is an outdoor salt -water pool, which I did not try; It only costs $8 for your entire stay for the pool and pool towels. I am told it is refreshing in June and very warm in August as the water is heated only by the sun. There is plenty of parking even when they are having a conference. There is a lovely neighborhood of homes just adjacent to the Inn where one can take safe morning or evening walks. The Inn is less than half a mile from Stew Leonards, a famous grocery store. It is also convenient to I-95 and the Merritt Parkway. Felt very safe , and the room door had a steel bolt .

You were given a code and a website but the website claimed the code was invalid FUBAR annoying stupid Never stay there again just because of this. The whole joint was always off by something. The clock was broken coffee wasn’t delivered only one soap bar Staff repaired everything properly and promptly

Brilliant place - super friendly staff, perfectly clean and tidy facilities. Good restaurant and bar, inexpensive ($15) breakfast was always solid. Nice eggs/bacon/sausages and love the automatic pancake maker! Rooms are a little on the older side (no USB sockets etc) but spotless and comfortable. Location is fine if you don't mind a little walk to find any stores, or inexpensive uber to get to SONO, but it can feel a little away from the action.

Room was small, which in itself isn't a problem, but the chair in the corner does not fit. You can't really pull the chair out from the desk because it hits the bed, and you can't really walk past the chair and the bed so you have to go over the bed. If what you need is a small, clean and functional room, you are all set. We had a pleasant stay, and the water pressure was wonderful.

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable room. The staff was excellent upon our arrival but unfortunately very rude in the morning when we checked out.
