Clean room with comfortable bed, nice location close to shopping.

The best thing about the Sheridan Northbrook hotel was the staff! Porsche and Kristof drove my husband and I’m back-and-forth to Winnetka music festival! Highly recommended A+

Very well maintained and staff were all very friendly. There is no refrigerator in the room. Elevators are very slow and hot.

This stay was an excellent experience. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The rooms were clean, well cared for and safe. The hotel restaurant was amazing and so good. I recommend this hotel to all. AMAZING experience.

Everything was good!

The only issue during our stay was the pool being closed due to an unexpected issue. While we completely understand that these things can happen and appreciate that some situations are out of the hotel’s control, it was still a bit disappointing since it was something we were looking forward to during our stay. Other than that, everything else was excellent and we truly enjoyed our experience. Would definitely stay again.
