Staff was nice rooms weren’t finished and missing paint and holes in the wall shower sprayed out the side key card had to be replaced after first night stained sheets fridge was unplugged so we couldn’t use it until the next day overall wasn’t a good experience

It was quick stay, staff was extremely nice.

This was an ideal location for us.Quiet,close to shops and dining.Can easily get to freeways from the main street.Property was very clean.

Not worth the money, super dirty and loud. Front staff weren’t very friendly, we ended up leaving and going home because we weren’t comfortable laying on the bed. Find somewhere else

The room was filthy, I went to wipe spilt water and the towel turned black, no working fridge and water would not drain from tub. My husband left his new brown Columbia jacket in the room and they won't return it. This is a $200 coat. Gave us the wrong wifi password and the clerk was cold and unfriendly.

Unfortunately our experience here was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in months. There were dead bugs on the floor and long hairs all over the bedding, which was very unsettling. The cleanliness was so bad that we didn’t even feel comfortable staying the night. We ended up packing our bags and leaving shortly after arriving. I hope management addresses these issues because the level of cleanliness was unacceptable.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Good location close to shops. I will return.

I enjoyed a very peaceful night rest the hotel was very, very clean. The office personnel very professional very nice very attentive each and every time I’m in Norco or Corona California. I will stay at the Regency Inn. Thank you for your hospitality. I’ll see you guys soon. thanks again for the fresh hot coffee all day

Very peaceful and relaxing spot here at the regency inn. The owners are kind and friendly people. I stayed here 2 weeks for work and can report that I had a great clean room, king bed, microwave and refridgerator, desk and a sofa. The room is updated with tile floors and modern bathroom fixtures eith a super cool LED vanity mirror light in thee bathroom. I give this little jewel 5 out of 5 stars because of all that and the grounds are spotless and well kept. Highly recommend this quiet comfortable hotel.

Bathroom was duty specially the tub and courtain with some red stains and buggers ,floor room dusty,iron and hair dryer didn’t work ,location its good

Room was gross. Shower was lukewarm. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Blow dryer didn’t work. The refrigerator fell into my lap when I opened the door

I liked the location a lot. Only 3 miles from my craft show. I need to stay locally because I live in Burbank and after my Craft show in Norco , I would need to drive the 70 miles home in the dark. So I am always anxious about drivin home at night not to mention I am tired after three days of craft shows setting up and taking down. So I need a place close by that is reasonable in price.

Staff were so sweet. The location for us was close to the family party.
