Fairfield Inn & Suites Riverside Corona/Norco

The room was nice and cold but the shower did leak a lot. And the 2 men at the front desk were wonderful but the ladies in the morning on 6/28 were very rude and not helpful at all and the restroom by the front desk was disgusting there was crap all over the toilets and when I let the ladies up front know they just said ya we know but shushed me off. But besides that we had a great visit to that city

Hotel was nice and clean. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming, the room was near the lobby and accessible , and the room was super clean , had no reservations about it being dirty by far ! Great experience! Staff was also friendly and helpful !

The stay was mostly fine with helpful staff and reasonably maintained facilities. There were a couple negatives. The 2nd floor had an odd chemical smell to it. We ended up buying an air freshener for our room. Also, the noise level starting around 6:45 was pretty ridiculous. You could clearly hear doors on either side of us and across the hall when they closed. Also, something kept slamming into the wall below our room every morning. Made for poor sleep quality after 7. On a good note, AC worked well and was quiet. Ok overall but nothing to write home about.

We stayed one night, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast had a variety of items all in good taste, juices, eggs, waffles, bagels, fruit. Great stay!

We were there for a relative's memorial that afternoon, so had to book Friday night, even though we weren't staying then. One front desk person (May 2 am) wasn't friendly, but was efficient. The other desk person (May 2 pm) was super friendly and helpful. However, it would have been better for the Hotel to have a list of taxi services, instead of solely relying on Uber. It all worked out okay, though.

Great stay, clean hotel and property. The only thing that was getting on my nerves is my bathroom door closes automatically, I looked at the hinges it was spring loaded.

Extremely clean, inside and out. All staff extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was as good as continental breakfasts go, not shabby at all.
