The bathroom had no fan or ventilation so whole bathroom was soaking wet by the time you get done showering.

Woke up to a bedbug crawling on me, took the bug down to staff to show them, got trash bags for all of our belongings. Upon check out the staff member asked for the bug to show management. We were told management would be contacting us that day, it’s been 3 days we’ve yet to hear from anyone, I’ve reached out multiple times just to be told they’re taking down my number for a call back I’m not receiving. 👎

The room was nice, however it was not as clean as it could be. There waa gljtter all.over the batbroom, and the floors were just dirty. The a/c units were frozen over making them loud. However they did still work.

The 2 king suite was a good deal. It didnt resemble the photos but was separate rooms.

Breakfast closed at 9:15 am on a Saturday However the hotel is very nice, spacious rooms, great bar area with good pizza Perfect location for Ruoff concerts The concert venue is within walking distance on a sidewalk about 1 mile or less

Stained mattress, at checkout was given nothing short of grief because I booked through Expedia and not them directly, let hair all over sheets

Perfect stay for our night, staff was great at check-in. Later on that night we had a drink and pizza down at the bar. The complementary breakfast was also very good. The room was also great and extremely clean.

The staff was very accommodating at a morning the hotel was sold old. Very inviting hotel and the rooms were charming. I will stay again for concerts

Great location Only one elevator worked and it was miserably slow. Some parking was blocked off for no apparent reason.
