Nobody ever at the front desk to assist. I stay at a lot of Hiltons and this was the worst by far. I understand growing pains for a new hotel but this was unacceptable. Don’t even try getting breakfast…. Everything was out and the lady that cleans tables will just run right into you…twice! Hotel was ok but the staff made it 10x worse.

Rooms were spacious, clean and had everything. Fridge, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, amenities were spot in. The Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help, and the breakfast was very well done. Hot, fresh and had a great variety of foods to choose from.

Very nice clean facility, ONLY negative, will not allow early check-in's arrive at 3 and was told it will be 15 to 20 minutes before they can get to your. by 4:30 we were finally in our room, just in enough time to get ready and leave for our concert we were attending at Rouff Music Center, within walking distance very convenient. Will defiantly stay again hope check in times improve with time.

When we showed up check ins started at 3pm. We arrived at 4.15 but our room wasn't ready. Waited for a while and talked to a different person that put us in a different room right away. Room was very nice and I recommend this motel.
