Brutal stay. Stay wasnt helpful. Cancelled my room when we got there bc we booked through Expedia and their elite members bumped us out. They originally lied about why we didnt have a room. Said it was a plumbing issue. The pool was low and not clean.

Tv didn't work, kept shutting off. Also, supposed to have microwave and purchased a frozen meal from the lobby but nope, no microwave and no dinner for me.

Bed was to high. My elderly mother could not get in and out of bed on her own.

The Bistro gets overloaded and slow. Suggest you develop a quicker process and more self-service options. I also think free coffee in the lobby would be a basic amenity, unless you want to open the bistro at 5a. People need coffee to wake up

Staff was friendly and room super spacious. One minor thing, bodywash was empty but I could have asked but since one night didn't bother but it would be nice if they check them more thoroughly. Overall nice!

Food at Courtyards everywhere is fresh and tasty. Parking is ample. I am a female traveling alone and always feel safe . Staff at any of their inns have always exceptional .

Time for an update, but did the job for 12 hours!

The shower was under repair and the caulking was dirty. The room was clean. No free coffee in the morning. Definitely overpriced for what they offer.
