Our room smelt like someone had smoked pot in there. It wasn’t the nicest room but it served its purpose.
-
Close too the Ruoff music center room was clean but had stained carpet not the end of the world just needs a little more attention
-
The staff was not very helpful, speaking English would help. No discounts for first responders, senior citizens. I guess my expectations were too high for this stay.
-
Overall a nice stay.
-
The entire place was dirty and smelled like smoked

We have stayed at this property twice… The staff is very friendly, the rooms are in great shape, the check in and check out process was extremely easy and it is very close to the Ruoff center. If anyone is looking to stay there and attend a concert… They also have a shuttle service provider to take you to and from the concert. I highly recommend this hotel.

Superb

The large size of the room and bathroom. The breakfast was pretty good and included some hot items. There was a weird musty smell in the room.

The breakfast was ok. b the pool needs more attention. The dirty ring on the poolside was gross. The bed sheets were dirty looking and grease stained. My daughter's pillow case was stained and gray.

Very good

My room had a foul odor. Not sure what it was. I would never stay there again.

I could tell that they were trying to keep the property up and clean, but it felt very dated with old furniture and linens. The bed sheets were clearly at the end of their life and the duvet was covered in stains. Everything seemed clean/sanitary, but it's definitely time to let them go and get new linens. The mini fridge had rust on it from age, but worked surprisingly well for a hotel fridge. We visit friends in the area 1-3 times a year and usually stay elsewhere, but had to find somewhere else for this trip. Over all it was fine for our stay considering the prices of other hotels, but we will definitely be booking our normal hotel well in advance of the next trip.

The room itself smelled horrible. (Old and musty) coming from AC unit. Window could not be opened as there was no screen. This was a 2 night stay and had to wait hours for clean towels. Had to ask for more toilet paper. Would not recommend the coffee or breakfast.

The elevator is a death trap waiting to happen and the entire place stinks. Had to open the window in the room, smelled musty or like it was an old smoking room. The entire lobby smelled like I was drowning in chlorine from the pool. Shower curtain had some discoloration so it grossed me out.

Bed was good and the location to the Ruoff center was ideal. The elevator is a death trap waiting to happen and the entire place stinks. Shower curtain had some discoloration so it grossed me out.

Dirty bathroom in our room, sub-par breakfast
-
It was just okay. Room was clean
-
Room was adequate, but the bed was a little too soft and the air conditioning would not cool the room down enough
-
Better water pressure it was really low hard to take a shower and wash hands
