Great hotel but not intrigued by the automatic gratuity included every time you order.

Enjoyed our stay. It’s nice and quiet, away from the noise and nice to have the subway, shops and park close by

I liked the location of the hotel it was easy to find the hotel also offered bottomless mimosas and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Staff was helpful and assisted with early check-in. The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Excellent location near Grand Central Station, Bryant Park, Times Square. Subway stations were very nearby and easy to navigate. Loved our stay at the Westin and NYC!

The location The room was very dusty. There was a constant ticking noise we couldn’t locate. They only supplied 3 towels on the first night and 2 on the second when we had 4 people staying in the room and it took three calls to the service desk to have more delivered

The most annoying thing is they auto charge you $17.50 a day that forces you to use it at the hotel. The last few times I’ve been there every time I’ve tried to order something. There is either such a long line with like one person working the counter, so it’s definitely a hassle to use up the money. I really don’t like place to do this. I am in New York City on vacation. I would like to try things other than the hotel food. Hopefully they’ll remove this someday.

Great property at a great location. Room was a good size for NYC. Desk staff, concierge and baggage storage staff were very helpful.

Good location a couple of blocks away from central station. We like the location, restaurants, coffees near. The hotel has a small lobby and the view of the rooms its not good, but everything else was great.

Exceptional

Elevators broke down from 10:30-after midnight the night we were staying - so had to walk up 15 flights of stairs

Staff mostly great apart from the grumpy bellhop at the luggage check

Good overall

In the middle of the night around 12:15 someone opened our door. I had the latch over the lock but someone had a key and tried to access our room.

Convening location

There was a sewage back up on our floor had our room smelling horrible

Good location. Easy access. Heavenly beds. Heavenly toiletries. Very old building with poor infrastructure. Elevators broke down and guests had to take the stairs. But lights went out when guests were in stairwells. Also reading lights did not work in the bed frames.
