Excellent service and great location- easy walk to shopping, Central Park and (on good weather days) museums. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an “old New York” experience. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel took care of every request, brought me any food I could want. Even provided a shower chair (that I didn’t know I’d need) I can not talk highly enough of the staff and the service. I live in NYC, so I don’t stay in hotels here that often. This hotel is just as prestigious as you would expect!

All good

The complimentary cocktail, morning coffee, chocolates and car were much appreciated. It’s a beautiful facility and toiletries were top notch. We went down for the complimentary coffee and the pot was empty. Another minor problem—the drapes didn’t close properly. I doubt anyone would notice unless they tried to close them completely. I would have appreciated that car before noon.

I love the Pierre Pierre reminds me of old world, New York. It’s where Mr. Tata, the billionaire investor used to stay when he was in New York. It was his hotel. It’s a class of India meets American rich if you can afford it, you must stay here at least once.

Good property but badly trained staff. Perhaps it's a New York attitude thing

We always enjoy our stay at the Pierre. Quiet rooms, perfect location, attentive service.
-
Excellent stay in a historic beautiful building
-
Location Bad service for the very high price . No real luxury in any sense . Simple request made of putting two comforters on the bed with plenty of notice before arrival was not done . When we arrive very late at night , empty apologies , housekeeping showed up so late that we were already in bed after long wait . No explanation no compensation . At that price and with that reputation ? Terrible service and not charming

Wonderful stay. I will definitely be staying again.

The classiest hotel in midtown — classier than The Plaza. If you are looking for old world New York, this is the place to stay. My wife and I stayed for one evening for our wedding anniversary and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast is exceptional, too. Spending money at The Pierre is well worth it. Enjoy New York the right way and stay at this property!

Ha sido un gran hotel y el personal sigue siendolo. La infraestructura es ajustada. Es la diferencia entre tradicional e historico. La relacion precio prestacion no es maravillosa! En el balance, linda experiencia.

Dated hotel. Staff was amazing. Price is based on its history, not its current condition.
-
Wonderful staff and beautiful rooms.
