Amazing staff

The oven in our kitchen did not work. And could not be fixed while we were there. Early check in was a joke no call or text

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access to transportation.
-
Great staff especially David on front desk who rescued my left wallet and ran it to the pub he had just recommended to us. Fantastic!
-
Meets basic needs. Friendly staff. Clean, but room had a very odd layout with minimal design effort. Hallway carpet quite shabby.
-

Good

The room was incredibly spacious with a large entrance hall and couch area. It was also clean, bright and fresh.
-
Great location (close to lots of transit options) and great option for families. We didn't feel like we were stuck in a shoebox. Not sure why the World Cup-themed 'lounge' was closed during most of the games. Note that there will be a daily charge not reflected in the Hotels.com price that you pay separately to the hotel.

4 out of 5 stars. Staff was very helpful and the room was clean but dated. Great location, but lacks the amenities of larger hotels. My room faced E50th & 3 rd Ave EXTREMELY NOISY.

Check in was fast and courteous. The room was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly.
-
Incredible staff and nice, large, clean rooms. Lots of scaffolding outside was only negative (but temporary).
-
Great hotel if you want to stay away from the craziness of Times Square. Easy walk to Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue shopping, and not too far of a walk to Times Square. Easy access to the subway. I would stay here again. This was my fourth time in NYC and I have stayed in various boroughs within the city and this was the best so far.

When we checked in, we were upgraded to a junior apartment with a terrace on the 17th floor, which sounded great. It was very spacious, had a small kitchenette, and had a great view straight up Third Avenue. Unfortunately, the windows were very poor quality and didn't keep any of the constant NYC noises out, making getting any sleep almost impossible. On Saturday afternoon I was sitting on the bed talking to my daughter on the phone and she said that the sound of the sirens was hurting her ears! If I pulled the door to the terrace tight it would help keep the noise out, but we didn't have anything to secure the door as tight as it needed to be. If you have good earplugs, this is a great room in a great hotel. If not, don't plan to get any sleep. I've heard the rooms in the back are the quietest.

Staff were excellent, keep up the good work. Room was stuffy, air-conditioning wasnt cold enough. Place is tired.

We had an excellent stay and were highly satisfied with our entire experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, everything worked properly, and we truly enjoyed all of the amenities. The housekeeping team was also wonderful, very friendly and attentive. We also absolutely loved the location of the hotel it was incredibly convenient and within a short walk to many of New York City’s main attractions, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend this property and would gladly stay here again in the future!
