This is our go to place when we visit our daughter in NYC. It’s a cute little boutique hotel with a great location for us. The restaurant/bar located inside is a great place for a night cap. Staff is always very friendly. The room is clean and the bed is large and comfortable.

Everything was great, the staff is always amazing from as soon as you go to open the door and it opens for you and everybody at the front desk is always happy to see you when you come back the lantern kicks by being able to go up on the rooftop and see the city at night. It’s just an amazing place. The rooms are great. You just feel like you’re at home not in a hotel. I’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years and I just love it here.

Close to good parking. Easy access and departure. Front desk staff upon registration was superb.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms and interior décor. The gym is basic but functional and the sauna/steam is fantastic. Location on the northern edge of Greenpoint is decent.

Booked this hotel last second. Wish I could have stayed longer. The decor is amazing and the location is great for walking around sweet Greenpoint, and for an early flight to LGA. They put a hold on my cc for $250 for incidentals, which was on the high side but it was refunded right away the next day after checkout (which sometimes can be an issue for longer holds at other boutique hotels in NYC)! Highly recommend.

I liked the food and the decor. The location was not ideal for my family. It was hot and walking to the train was a lot in the heat. We took cabs everywhere and that was a nightmare in itself. Afterwards, I called about my deposit being returned and was told we had to wait 7-10 days. This is not normal and I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel itself is nice and designed very well. I liked the room that was big enough for both of us. Nice neighborhood, lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Super market close by. The wifi is a disaster - each time you live the hotel you need to connect again with the same username and password over and over again. There were many times I didn't notice that I was disconnected. The staff was ok but not more then that - minimum interaction. The metro isn't so close by - need to walk on a bridge 15 min at least. But, there is a bus station 3 min walking.
