No 24 hour coffee service as the receptionist said. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. No smart tv. Just cable channels. And full size bed

Bathroom is very weird Toilet unfit for me because wall very closely my face wow. No parking at Hotel's property parking lot but just parking at street that made me worry about my value in truck.

Left our luggage at the hotel before checking in. Luggage room was secure and I felt comfortable enough to leave it there for the whole day. Beds were comfortable and the staff were nice. One complaint is just the noise at night since the hotel is located near the tracks and subway stations. Overall great stay would come back again

By NYC standards it was a great value. With 4 of us we had to go out in the hall to change our minds…joking, but it was tight. Very clean, staff were pleasant. Was worth the small size. We had a great stay in NYC. Not much room to move inside the room.

The place was clean. The location is close to two subway stations. There is street parking available. The staff is super friendly, polite, professional and respectful. The breakfast was fantastic - very tasty. The person at the omlette station was so friendly and helpful. I can't think of anything.

Relatively close to the city Rooms were small considering location was not Manhattan. It is a walk to the closest train station in questionable area with few sidewalks and crosswalks. Not convenient nor safe at night.
