The mattress was the only good thing. There was no hot water. The room was not clean even after asking the staff multiple times to have it cleaned. There was no microwave and no iron. We weren’t informed of any complimentary breakfast and when we did go there was nothing available to eat. There were renovations going on and it went on till 11:00 and started again at 5 in the morning, so you were not able to sleep at all. And we even got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes causing my kids to panic. And later 911 was called because someone else got stuck not even a few minutes later. Even heard the female staff talking on the phone saying everything was okay and handled when it was the opposite of it and someone was stuck in the elevator.

This is no longer a hotel!!! They converted it into a shelter but still allow people to make reservations??? An absolute nightmare having an exhausted baby, a front desk worker who was not helpful in offering solutions to the fact that suddenly we had nowhere to stay with no warning. Absolutely unacceptable.

Nothing ! Everything about it , sticky floors ! Had moldy food in my fridge

The room wasn't fully cleaned, lots of dust. Dust was falling from the washroom fan. The towels were dusty. When you wipe ur skins, lots of the towel dust is left on you.

It was decent for the price but the smell of weed was prevalent everywhere. It was generally clean otherwise. Our smoke detector was covered with a shower cap which was clearly used to stop it from detecting smoke. We removed it.

Location was great. Walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants etc The shower floor had a few hairs in it, so it seemed like it wasn't fully clean from the last guest. The bed was comfortable, just a little squeaky

I decided book this room to stay since it was close by to my home. I wanted to relax in a hotel for the night with my husband. I seen reviews they’re were good and bad at the hotel. But I have to say the staff customer service lacks a lot. The first attendant that gave me the key only gave me one key. She didn’t even put the Wi-Fi password. She didn’t ask if I need an extra towels. I know I read online that they have breakfast. She didn’t even mention that they have breakfast and what time they have that. After i went one upstairs to drop off my items. I wanted to inspect the room. Everything was clean, but I was having trouble with the TV remote. It was not working. You have to press it several times for it to work. I had to go back downstairs where I spoke to another attendant to find out where I can get ice from since I was placed on the last floor, even though I booked a head. I also was able to obtain the Wi-Fi password from that attendant for the second shift. In the morning when it was time to check out as I’m getting ready 2 hours before. The shower water pressure was very low and it was cold as well. I called downstairs and spoke to the attendant and let him know that the water is cold in which room I’m in. He questioned me as if I was lying and I stated there’s no hot water. He then said that he will have a technician check on it. It took about 15 minutes for them to put on what they call hot water. This was not as a great experience that I wanted.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower had decent water pressure. It was convenient to MTA stations, about a 12 minute walk. However, we were a bit disappointed in the room servicing. We don’t expect clean towels every day or the bed to be made, but it would be nice to have the coffee pods replenished and the trash emptied. Even when we asked for more coffee we didn’t get it. Despite that, we would probably stay here again as it was a good value and a pleasant room.
