Cons: my AC unit was very loud and the sheets were very starched/scratchy so it was difficult to get a good night of sleep.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean and practical for my stay. Notably, the location was great, everything was within walking distance. I’ve always loved staying at the Pestana hotels, so I definitely will be returning back to this one.

Room was good and clean. Location was great. I had a couple of friends visit and explained they were not staying but I was asked in a slightly accusatory tone if my friends stayed in the room. I was unable to figure out how to work the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby.

Front desk lady on Thursday morning was so helpful. Don’t know her name but she was nice.

Great Location in Manhattan with easy access to Tome Square, transportation and tourist sites…and the staff made this a great experience. Room was kept at a comfortable temp but bathroom smelled like a cigarette through the entire stay and the restaurant in the hotel but not associated with the hotel was our most expensive (twice the cost of restraints) meal for mid-range not so great food. Take the time to walk to a dinner spot and save the money! Would definitely stay again if we come back!!!

My daughter and I stayed for 6 days. We felt the whole time very comfortable: our room was big enough and we slept very well. The location of Pestana is perfect: very central and not to close to Timesquare, where it is very busy and loud. Especially the staff was very kind and helpful! We would stay at Pestana any time again.

Large bathroom -Nice responsive staff Room really small for price. Fitness room had minimal space and equipment--maximum 4 people can even fit.

The micro mini-bar amenity has zero wine, nor Alcohol,snacks,candies or normal mini-bar contents. The fake mini-bar appears to be a failed attempt at there being a Resort Fee of $40.00 per night. That’s $80.00 towards Resort Fee Amenities boils down to sodas or Toblerone, of which we had none, as there’s a free bottle of designer water in the room.

The AC is terrible, can’t be shut down completely, it emits noise when it’s off.
