Rooms way too small. Nice property. Nice staff. Probably would not stay again or recommend simply rooms are just too small. Even for 2 people. Rooftop bar on 26 should prioritize hotel guests instead of turning us away

The staff was excellent! Everyone was kind and helpful and set the vibe. The room is small, just know it’s a typical midtown hotel. The layout, window seat, and open closet area made great use of a small space. The room could have definitely been cleaner, but the main areas of the hotel and bed were clean. The windows of the room seemed less sound proofed than other hotels we’ve stayed in. It was fairly loud outdoors and there were no ear plugs provided. Overall, good for a short and cost effective stay.

They charged me over 100 dollars a week later after I paid everything at desk. Scammers

The location is great, however our first night sleep was interrupted by loud sounds coming from the room beside us. Other than that I highly recommend.

The Arlo was overall an excellent place to stay! The rooftop bar was my favorite thing about the place where I was able to order a pizza, a drink and watch a World Cup game with an incredible view of Manhattan! The rooms are small, but perfectly appointed with everything I needed. I appreciated all the various places to hang my things. The staff were very attentive and even notified me when my do not disturb sign was on for an extra long time to make sure that I didn’t want my room serviced. I will surely stay here again!

Great location, modern, and very friendly staff. The rooms are tiny but that’s what you expect in that part of Manhattan. Will definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Arlo. The staff were wonderful, room was clean, love that there was a hair dryer, steamer and umbrella to use! Love that I got a text about free rooftop yoga, wasn’t able to go though. Well definitely stay here again. Price was right and location was perfect.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t stay again as we felt the quality of the room wasn’t up to the price paid.

Fabulous stay at Arlo-Midtown. Conveniently located but away from the chaos of Times Square. Staff and restaurants excellent. Fully equipped gym. Rooms are small, but feel adequate as they are strategically positioned. Great stay!

Loved Altair restaurant. Loved the customer service.

I love this hotel! The only negative is the burdensome entry doors, but many hotels have this issue!
