Love the location and the Moxy Lounge for cafe in the morning and cocktails in the evening.

Rooms lacks much sound proofing as you hear anyone in the hall walking by, we were on the 7th floor and any events at webster hall you could hear well and often the street noise was loud and went all night. One of the rooms AC was broken most of the trip and not repaired during our week stay despite multiple request to have it checked. there is also a daily 40$ fee we had to pay per room which isn’t reflected in the booking but you are informed of at check in, if you’re staying more than 4-6 nights this adds up considerably

We were fine waitng and wereoffered a complimentary drink for the delay. When we went to the bar to get our drink we were told we were not entitled to the comp drink we had just been offered so went elsewhere. When we returned at 11pm they still had to check if our room was ready and then when we got in there was definatly at least one of the beds that did not have fresh linen. It then took then 30 minutes to get our bags from storage.....Staff in general seemed like they were on another planet in terms of attentiveness and not that interested

The only drawback to this hotel was the $20 per day fee they charge you, so you have to “buy” a drink in their lounge to recoup that fee. I find that practice to be a cash grab, and otherwise the rating would have been a 5. We found the room to be well equipped, comfortable, beautiful and modern, and thoughtfully designed. There were plenty of outlets and ports, and the beds were more comfortable than average. Yes the rooms are small, but it didn’t matter because the space was equipped with many clever storage solutions. The shower/toilet situation is challenging, as it’s basically tucked inside the room with a sliding door and glass walls that don’t allow for much privacy. As long as you plan for that, it’s a great hotel. Location is amazing… close to the subway, restaurants, grocery stores, anything you need within a 5-10 minute walk or less. Public spaces are great too… a couple bars and restaurants right in the hotel, so we were able to wait there after checkout, until it was time for us to catch our bus home.

The location was ideal and made it easy to get anywhere. The hotel had a youthful, stylish feel, and the 90s-themed bar and lounge area was both fun and unique. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Very helpful! Overall, I had a great experience, but I would have preferred a mini fridge and mini bar in the room for extra convenience.

From the moment we entered our room, the floors were noticeably wet. At first, we were unable to determine the source of the water. However, after taking a shower, it became clear that the shower was not draining properly. The water quickly overflowed from the bathroom and began flooding the room. Given the compact size of the room, the flooding spread throughout the space and soaked many of our personal belongings. We attempted to manage the situation using the towels provided, but they quickly became saturated with dirty water from the flood. We immediately brought the issue to the attention of a Moxy employee named Ocean. Unfortunately, we were never moved to a different room. My fiancé provided his cell phone number to Ocean but again we never heard back. While we understand that occupancy limitations can occur, we were disappointed that no meaningful accommodation, alternative solution, or assistance were made. The most concerning aspect of this experience occurred later that evening. While getting up during the night to use the restroom, I slipped on the wet floor and towels that had been placed down to contain the flooding. As a result, I fell and struck my left knee on the ground. This was not only painful but also a serious safety concern that could have resulted in a much more significant injury

Clean room attentive employees. Great location...24 hr grocery, happening billard hall, music venue, shopping, movie theater, dining/drinking options, & good breakfast place all within one city block, yet it was quiet in the room. Good coffee just outside of the lobby. Can't ask for much more.

Quiet and comfortable The price was a little high

Didn’t like the secret taxes that got applied by booking.com and the additional ones applied on arrival. Made a reasonable price turn into an unreasonable one

There were computer issues when we were checking in that prevented the team from getting me into my room, but they remained calm and courteous and apologized in a really genuine fashion.
