Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square

Always stay at The Millennium Broadway when in New York. Rooms are always clean; staff is very friendly. Location is excellent to many restaurants and shopping.

Elevator issues were my only problem with the stay but the staff was very helpful making accommodations while it was being fixed.

The rooms were not clean and hallway carpets were in disgusting place. The whole place smells, cleaning of the rooms was so bad you could see hairs on the floors and sheets were dirty as well

I wish there was more of a lobby sitting area to read a book or chat with friends. There wasn’t a lot of space in the room to do more than lie on your bed.

Overall it is a decent hotel but don’t expect too much. The biggest issue was seeing 3 ants on the bedside table in the first day and another one the day after. Luckily they were only found on that table and I didn’t see any more the last 2 days I was there so I didn’t bother asking for a different room. Other than that, no major issues. It is pretty old, but overall clean, except for the ants. The line to check in is long right at 4 pm, so you’d want to be there at least 10 minutes earlier. The elevators might have a wait but luckily not too long of a wait when I was there. I’ve noticed at least 1 to 3 of the elevators out of service depending on the day. Staff was really nice and helpful.

If you are wanting something close to time square and all of the action then this is it. Excellent location. Everything else was just “ok”. It is definitely out dated. You have to request a mini fridge. There are no microwaves. The water pressure for the toilet is terrible. Overall I feel like I paid too much for this place for it to be just “ok”. It’s basic, no extras, not pretty or shiny. Certainly not the best but not the worst place I’ve stayed.

I stay here every trip to New York. The staff is wonderful, rooms clear and the location is great.

No water bottles in the rooms and the room was too cold and couldn’t adjust temperature accordingly.

This hotel was in an excellent location, steps from Times Square and many, many theaters. The price was right. It wasn't fancy--there's no restaurant, and the lobby is in a pass-through hall from one street to anothe--but the mattress was great, the pillows were great, and the employees were so super friendly and helpful. There is a gift shop with sundries, and a fitness room. I don't know why I don't see this place's name on the blogs more often. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is fantastic just on Times Square but think the hotel could do with a makeover as it is quite dated. The room has no fridge and the door was hanging off it. No tea/coffee making facilities and there was a painting taken off the wall as you could see the fixings.

Staff was helpful. Rooms were spacious. A/C and hot water reliable. Internet slow a couple of times in 10 days. I have been looking for a place in Times Square for years. I've stayed at umpteen hotels and the Millennium is the first I feel like I want to return to. The lobby stretches from 44th to 45th Street. So helpful!
