Aura Hotel Times Square

Extremely comfortable bed- great linens and pillows too! Small room (totally normal for NYC) but slept soundly. Highly recommend!

I just stayed there last week. I will say that when you let staff know there is a problem they bring the whole swatt team and I like that. There was a smell in the room and they sent an engineer, a maid and etc. They ended up getting rid of the smell. Well job!! I will be staying again…. Thank you

Staff and housekeeping excellent. Standard rooms are very small, not sure about Premium. Not much area to unpack and very little counter space. Hotel very clean. Our Ac was broken when we arrived and it took about an hour to fix it.

Enjoyed the quick check in process, staff always greeting us! Speedy check out and housekeeping did a great job!

This property is well-maintained and very clean. You can’t beat the location. There’s a small market a few doors down and you are only a block away from Time Square! Perfect starting point to get everywhere in the city. Taxis can come right to the hotel. The one queen room is small, we were kind of shocked at how small. It was clean and comfortable and the bed was nice. Just be prepared to maneuver around the room with two people staying. Would definitely stay at Aura again!

Great place to stay, always clean, friendly & helpful staff! Centrally located in Times Square, love going to The Long Room next door.

Great location, typical NYC sized room yet still felt spacious and well planned, and the soundproofing was great!! Seriously, I didn't hear a single door shut or footstep from any of our neighbors above or below. The two restaurants on either size were amazing. Elevator was fast and never in a traffic jam trying to get to the lobby. And the room rate didn't break the bank. 11/10 for me.

Loved this hotel! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance to pretty much everything. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The ac worked great. I loved how on the 2nd floor there is a water bottle filtration system. It also has the best ice (small pellet ice). I would definately stay again!

The room and the staff was great. But the Air conditioning unit automatically resetting to 76 and or automatically cutting off at 11:30PM and 6:30AM is horrible. I woke up every night in sweat. I understand about conserving energy but conserve it 10PM and 7AM bc that’s when it would ideal. Once I set the temperature it shouldn’t change for the next 10 hours if it’s night time. I was very disappointed with the air conditioning unit automatically switching to off! Other than that the stay was comfortable and clean.

The location is great, directly at the times square. The room was big compared to NY standards. The first room we got was extremely loud. The window isolation is pretty bad, especially for rooms looking to the street. Then, we asked for a new room that faces the inner courtyard and it was quiet
