I had to cancel 2 days of my hotel, and I was charged for the entire trip! Refused to refund me and was uncooperative. The computer when I checked in was odd, I had to come around the desk to sign something that was not explained to me. So I’d like my 2 nights refunded

Never change my bedsheets in two days sink clocks no towers

The room was nice and spacious but was a little dirty.

Spend more and go elsewhere.

The bathroom was just terribly installed. Towel rack was crooked so towels always slid off. The shower head faced OUT of the shower on the back wall- making the shower curtain pointless and drenching the entire bathroom no matter what. Lady who checked us in was very rude and impatient. I just needed like 2 minutes to pull up the reservation on my phone but she got incredibly hostile off the bat and rolled her eyes at me. The air conditioner is decent, but operates only at random. The entire place smelled like mold and weed- I specifically had go spend like 6$ on some air freshener just to stomach the entire weekend stay. We booked a twin bed room and received a single bed room. When I brought this up, the receptionist again acted like I was asking her to shine my shoes when I simply wanted to receive what I paid for. It’s in a decent location but this is NOT a hidden gem. You’d be better off spending another 500$ on a different hotel.

friendly staff and the bed was comfortable strange room design and the room smelled a bit unusual

Place Smelled like pee and Unfortunately, ended up getting stuck next to someone who had their t.V. blasting the entire night. And four days later , I still have not gotten my deposit back Nor does there seem a way to reach somebody who can give me my deposit back. But I'm pretty sure that had to do with the girl that worked over that night being extremely lazy. I definitely would not stay here again when I could go directly across the street to a much nicer place

Staff werent there at checkout waited 30 minutes Rooms are not quiet so you can hear everything from other rooms even in your own room and I mean you can hear EVERYTHING Room was fine bathroom was big and spacious but it’s definitely cheap so don’t go in there expecting Hilton cuz it is no where near that Would not recommend staying here if you have a family but if you are by yourself or with a buddy I can recommend it

The hotel is situated in the hood. It doesn’t seem safe at night. There is no closet, no drawers, and hangers. Definitely no desk or table. You are forced to keep your stuff on the floor. The sink is not inside the bathroom. It’s very tiny in the room. I tried to cancel the rest of my stay but the front desk lady refused and claimed it was the hotel policy. That lady was unprofessional and very rude. She worked the shift of Saturday morning. She left the front desk for breakfast or something like that and I had to wait more than 30 min with hotels.com customer service on the phone. The only positive thing I can say about the hotel, it’s clean, and it looks like it was renovated recently. My recommendation, AVOID staying here.

I would only recommend this place to my enemies.

Staff was probably the ONLY good thing about this property there was a cockroach on my bed.
-
Nothing Very disappointing stay. The room was tiny, with the bathroom basin right next to the bed. There was hair on the bed sheets, the curtain blind was broken, one vent was full of dust, and another wasn't working at all. The hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and weed. Staff were unprofessional, often loud while walking and talking in the corridor, and reception was unattended most of the time.

Room was small however clean and charming.
-
Internet was slow and extremely weak. Phone couldn’t even stay connected
