Hyatt Regency Times Square

During our stay there was a very scary moment where outside our room floor 45 there was a very strong smell of burning smoke then we saw through our windows there were 5 firefighters trucks very scary moment we went downstairs obviously me and my family took the stairs went down 45 floors , terrible experience

Bar prices were exorbitantly high. Breakfast was good but pricey

Wifi and air conditionning worked well

Pretty close to time square and had beautiful view. Loved our stay!

Great hotel and location.

Cleanliness is #1 for me and my family and yes our room and throughout the hotel was clean. Location was great close to the theaters and restaurants and shopping. Will stay again when visiting NYC.

Overall exceptional experience. Staff were courteous, professional and accommodating. Rooms were clean and up to standards. We had booked 2 rooms for our family trip and they were located on separate floors. Front desk staff Rosa was extremely helpful and arranged our rooms to be adjacent to each other. Thank you!

Great location. Modern and clean property with a friendly and helpful staff. Great bar. Wish there was a coffee stand or small convenience station for when you don’t want to deal with the main restaurant. Water volume in the shower was a little low. All-in-all a fine property. I’d stay again.

A fantastic location with updated modern decor and very clean spacious rooms. We had a fantastic view of the Hudson River. My room was available for an early check-in. The Desk staff was amazing especially Victoria.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our room was very clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do on our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly and very helpful staff

World Class hotel in prime location. We rented a corner room overlooking Times Square. Hotel was well staffed with World Cup events filling the hotel with multiple large groups. We were in town for a family trip to see several Broadway shows. All the theaters we attended were within walking distance of the theaters. And as a bonus, we were able to attend the street market on 8th Avenue on Sunday.

Normally don’t take the time to do reviews, but the room was clean. It was nice to have updated rooms and amenities. My only issue was the staff. I think 5/6 interactions I had the staff members were very rude and unhelpful. Other than that, it’s a very nice location and sweet spot to stay.

Bathroom was not what was shown in pictures. As a parent of 2 young kids, bathroom and shower is important for us. Detachable shower head shown in picture but was not in room. Also, we were forced to change rooms on 4th night due to A/C burning out and causing room to smell like something burning.
