My only complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable; I woke up every morning aching from neck to legs. We did not have breakfast (slept too late in the morning).
-
Our stay was good, nothing to complain about.

Breakfast had a nice selection, but everything was a bit bland.

The reception team was beyond helpful. Everyone so friendly in the lobby and every part of the hotel.

My family and I stayed for one night. The room was clean and comfortable with incredible views. The staff was kind and helpful. They offered late check out for free. Our son left his beloved stuff bunny in our room and they went above and beyond to find it for us. We will be staying again!

Great hotel, perfect location!!
-
Good location, 15 minute walk from Penn Station and short walks to multiple subway lines. Whole Foods on corner. Room was generally comfortable by NYC standards, but bed made a squeaking noise whenever we got out on one side. Breakfast was adequate but not great, especially fewer choices on weekdays. Major problem was elevators—too small so that four was inadequate to handle crowds in a 44 floor building, especially during breakfast and check out times. We had to wait over 5 minutes several times to find one we could squeeze onto, as did many others. Some gave up and walked.

I liked the fact that it was in a good location outside of the bustle of tourist spots. I found it convenient that it was near the subway and restaurants. The room was modest and had the simple amenities and the view of the skyline was the highlight of the room. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was convenient with a variety of items as well and the staff was great. We left at around 9 in the morning to check out and the elevators took longer than expected. The seating area for breakfast was small and cramped. The juices and water that we purchased from the lobby market was way overpriced.
