So crowded. Old facilities. Staff did the best they could with the circumstances. Didn’t feel dirty by any means. I just won’t be back.

Prefect place to walk to Times Square and enjoy the restaurants row in close range.

However the restaurant waitstaff quite rude so we wouldn’t stop at the onsite cafe in the future.

Room temperature was pretty bad. AC would not stay on.

The location was excellent and the rooms were well maintained. However, the rooms are tiny and the space in a double queen room is really insufficient for a family of 4. There is no fridge or kettle/coffee maker in the rooms. It is very basic and does for a place to lay your head but I would not recommend if you plan to spend any time in the room

Located within walking distance to Grand Central, this hotel is situated in the heart of Time Square and Broadway. If you want to be directly in the action, this is the place to stay. There is a specialty bar onsite (although we did not stop). Considering the location, the price of this hotel was hard to beat.

They didn’t have my room ready, toilet was leaking and the AC was so loud the only good thing it was the location.

Main thing that wasn’t good is that they charge for every little thing as example for each bag that you left for keep before checking or after checkout they asked 1$. I never requested to pay for that no matter where I have been. If the room ready before checking they asked 70$. If you ask for one hour late checkout they asked 39$ per hour. There are very few seats in the lobby area so many people need to sit on the floor.

Wonderful location in Times Square. Staff were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. The welcome wine and added extras were such a nice surprise and greatly appreciated. The cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed were a bonus for me. Thank you!
