It's ok if you just want a place to sleep for the night. It could do with a good scrub and the windows could do with a clean. Shared bathroom was pretty clean though.

Thought it was a good deal for location. Just go there to sleep and rest. Comes with a cute hotel cat that will want to come into your room.

The rooms was very congested, as in not much walking space. Location was good, near subway and bus stop. Kept luggage, however bathroom door wouldn’t fully close

Hotel was lovely! There was a beatiful cat who helped us to our rooms! I think he may have the soul of the previous landlord in his body, because he was very helpful. Amazing place very clean.

Location Staff poor, common toilets dirty
-
Service, friendly staff No elevator.

No elevator and shared bathrooms. In my opinion it’s worth $75 a night not $100+.

Location is great. Easy to get to JFK in the morning. Bed was comfortable. Staff seemed uninterested and pretty rude.

Basic hotel with minimum amenities and shared clean bathrooms, but the price was lower than others. I was looking to save money so it was a good deal for me. Well located in Manhattan. I like the hotel cat.

We arrived at the hotel and it didnt look like the pictures. We checked in and we're told we were on the forth floor and there was no lift. This isn't a hotel for people with disabilities. The room was clean and the towels were changed daily but it needed a lot of TLC. The location was amazing and compensated for the room, lots of nice restaurants round and right by a tube station. Overall we only slept there as we were out all day.

Beds were comfy, room was clean, love having a kitchenette. Great location

Good location Dirty and unpleasant - scraps of food left on the floor, cockroach in the bathroom.

It was in a good neighborhood and close to a subway and other activities. It was also very clean - no bugs in sight. As a bonus each floor has a bathroom with a shower that is fully stocked. With a family that made the showering process much faster. We were on the 5th floor and the building has no elevator. If you can’t walk stairs this isn’t the place for you. The floor also slants so anything with wheels would roll to one side of the room.

Location Beds are like a stone, worse, walls are too thin you can here everything. I love animals but they have a cat that walking around while nigh and making noises. Also The heating pipes adjust themselves at night and then make noise again.
