This was a great place to stay and be that close to Times Square.

It's New York City, so the room was tiny, but clean. It was a great location. The facilities outside the room where basic. The biggest issue was they were renovating the lobby and it was tiny. We were packed in there trying to check in, walking through to the elevator, and the continental breakfast was crazy - nowhere to sit and constantly out of food. It was a bit overwhelming. I'm not sure I would stay here again, maybe once the revisions are complete.

I think twice now when booking on Expedia. Trust means a great deal to me. I no longer believe in your product. Bruce

I was disappointed with regular amenities eg: we had no towels changed the bathing gel was enough for one day and was not replaced,there was no bottled water in the room. The breakfast was sub standard overall it was disappointing.

The room was a little small but it had everything you could possibly want. Very well maintained. It was pretty much the perfect hotel.

Construction put a slight negative on my trip, but the hotel was clean, spacious and very well priced. I would stay here again.

The parking not included but when I booked it was included and charged for it 90 dollars

Took my daughter to New York for her 8th grade graduation present. The hotel is perfectly located in times square. Walking distance to everything in that area. The elevator can b a little frustrating as it is all digital and there could be a long wait with multiple people going to different floors and only certain elevators being available. 1 of the elevators was down during our stay. I didn't interact with staff much, other than check in but they were friendly. The room was clean and had a good amount of amenities for such a small room. If I were going to a Broadway show or anywhere in Times Square, I would stay here again.

Very happy with our stay. After reading many reviews about the wait for the elevators I requested and was given a room on the 2nd floor. That was great to be able to use the stairs instead of waiting for the elevators. The room was clean and presentable upon arrival. We did have to ask to have the soap and conditioner replaced in the shower. It was empty and not refilled when they cleaned the room. The dishwasher had an awful smell to it. We did not use it or the plates/silverware provided.The Wi-Fi was excellent. The front desk was helpful. The breakfast was great. I wish there was more signage about the downstairs area of the breakfast. It took me three days to discover it! This is where the Belgian waffle makers are located along with delicious oatmeal and yogurt with all yummy toppings to add. Every worker I encountered at breakfast was kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was awesome. We really enjoyed the water station in the lobby. It was so nice to be able to fill up water bottles and have during the stay! I wish they provided coffee or tea all day as well.
