However, they never cleaned our room or replaced towels, etc. for the three nights stay. We had to call and have replace the towels at least and that was done at 8 AM PM on our last night.

We were on the 33rd floor elevators always took about 20 minutes to come The room is very small wasn’t even any room to store your clothes or your luggage Every other day, I never heard of that before, one day there wasn’t any fruit for breakfast

The room was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. Great location for walking to a Broadway show.

Loads of construction and wonky automatic doors and elevators were really challenging. Very small rooms and bathrooms. Constant pot smoke haze/smell outside from the dispensary and customers on Broadway (I think that’s all of The City nowadays. :-( )

I had a wonderful experience here! The rooms are small, but that didn't matter to us since we only used them to shower and sleep. Breakfast was great, but the absolute highlight was Ynocencia in the breakfast area. Wow, she was amazing! She was incredibly polite, helpful, and went completely above and beyond. It feels great to be treated with such respect. The hotel is also very convenient to the trains and city attractions. I will definitely book here again. Love it!

Hotel is under renovation, so it was difficult to use the lobby and the elevators were slow and an issue, but other than that, everything else was good. The hotel was very conveniently located, but the Times Square side is noisy, though you can't see anything.

The room was pretty cramped and a little outdated for what you’d expect with the price. It’s a good central location to a lot of good places in the city. Unfortunately we didn’t get to utilize the free breakfast as much as we would’ve liked to due to how crowded everything was.

Location is great. Fairly clean room. Comfortable bed. My main issue was the poor AC, it's always going on/off and didn't cool the room at all.

The room was small, but served our needs fine. Good breakfast that is included. Great location. Elevators could be slow/at capacity during mid morning hours. Clean rooms. Would stay here again. Felt very safe.

Very Clean Small sized room. The breakfast was amazing but Salty. I wish they have boiled egg options. Little option for low sodium food just like other hotels.

Staff was very nice and room was clean. Very tight space in the room to move from bed to bathroom. Or from bed to window. Or from bed to door. $100/day to park at the hotel. Fair notice to future guests.

Clean rooms. Great staff. The elevators might have u stuck on a floor, as they pass your floor but otherwise a decent stay.
