Great location and great price. Very nice staff. Only Complaints: no parking on site or valet and the steamer in my room did not work at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Big rooms, clean, great location, most staff were very nice. No room service, elevators are old/slow, night staff was hit or miss on customer service.

Great location with friendly and very helpful staff. We had an issue with AC and they resolved it as quickly as possible with minimal disruption to our stay.

Bathroom Location Mattress, pillows. Could not put rooms near each other even waiting until 4 pm check-in. Could hear hallway noise in the morning It wasn’t as close as I thought to the A train subway station.

The location of the hotel was great, it was clean and the rooms were nice. My real issue would be the timeshare person who was very aggressive and doesn't let you get a chance to get out of the conversation. If I wanted a timeshare I would ask to get one I don't need someone taking up my time trying to enjoy my vacation and then calling and texting me after not going to the timeshare meeting after changing our mind.

The floor in room 1213 is coming apart a spot by the couch is a trip hazard. I’ve stayed at plenty of Hiltons over the years and this is not what I'm used to seeing.

This is a beautiful hotel near Central Park. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The customer service is top notch. We called housekeeping to get additional coffee pods and creamer and it was there within minutes. The front desk was absolutely kind and accommodated our request for a late check out without hesitation. Marquios and JB helped us with our luggage and answered any questions we had about maneuvering the city. A 24 hour pharmacy is across the street. Great restaurants are within a few minutes walk. Carnegie Hall is on the corner. Nordstrom is two blocks away. We walked to Broadway shows, but could have easily used the subway. We choose the exercise. We can not thank The Quin enough for our comfortable and welcoming stay!
