The hotel was very clean everything inside my look like brand new no noise from outside bed was comfortable nice staff I will stay there on my next my visit for sure love the location to working distance to penn station & Madison square garden only 6 to 7 minutes walk

Good location nice clean rooms

I arrived eager to check in for my brief visit and the system was down. Apparently it had been down all day and I was told they weren’t able to check anyone in. Somehow the staff bypassed the glitch and allowed me to check in. They were kind and helpful despite the stressful day I think they had had. I would definitely stay there again. It was close to good dining and the High Line and The Vessel. AC was cold and the shower was hot. Comfortable bed and great light and city views from the windows.

Spots and hairs in the bedding. The room was not cleaned before we got there for sure.

The gentleman that checked us in couldn’t have been more helpful! The hotel was clean and we found everything close by and accommodating .

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around Manhattan while still offering a comfortable place to return to after a busy day. The room was surprisingly quiet, which is not always easy to find in New York City, and we appreciated being able to relax and get a good night's sleep. Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to Melvin E., who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His hospitality and attention to detail were truly appreciated and helped make our visit memorable. We also enjoyed two meals at the Bellhop Restaurant during our stay, and both were wonderful. The food, service, and overall dining experience exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return the next time we're in New York City. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place to stay in manhattan. Clean, quiet.

Front desk staff were amazing. We arrived early and because I am a Marriott Bonvoy member they said they could waive the early check in fee. The room was a nice size and very clean. Complimentary bottles of water and coffee in the room. We stayed in an accessible room. Check out was a breeze. Location was great since we were seeing a show on Broadway that evening. Would stay here again.
