Staff was so friendly, helping us check in early and check out a little later than originally planned. We were so grateful for their flexibility. Fantastic amenities as well - breakfast! Clean rooms with AC that works like a charm. Close to everything including the subway

Nice breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The main thing for me was they apparently charged a nights stay on my card several days before our trip with absolutely no notification ahead of time.

Room was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Hotel close to all stores etc. Breakfast was good but need to add bacon to menu.

Room was clean and bright. Nice views. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Amenities such as free American Museum of Natural History Museum was a nice touch. Convenient to multiple subways, grocery stores, and restaurants as well as Times Square. Free breakfast is also very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again.

Made the mistake of going to the Fairfield on E36th, just south of our actual hotel on 40th. The one on 36th, is one of the nicest, coolest lobbies, we've seen. Hot! The two hotels are close enough, that it wasn't that big of a deal and again, my fault. We get to the other hotel

Location was excellent, breakfast was great way to start today. Only complaint was housekeeping missed our room 2 days in a row. Overall excellent stay.

Very close to metro stop for access to Jamaica station and airport. Close by many tourist attractions. Nice early breakfast.
