Nice,good location 👌
-
Well positioned. Fed up that the prices have now gone down so much though!

La atendió muy buena y. Lugar muy limpio

I enjoyed staying at the double tree, and would likely stay again. The only thing that was a hassle was the elevator wait times and some elevators strictly prohibited to go to the roof. When there is an event at the high top bar you won't be able to use the roof elevator to head to your rooms.

Nice place close to Time square
-
I was with my in-laws, and when I asked why we couldn’t use it (as it was only carrying 4 people), the staff member outside responded very rudely, saying it was only for the terrace. This hotel should only be open for rich people’s parties. I will never visit this hotel again.

Great location, great staff!
-
Great location, walking distance to Times Square and famous shopping places and eateries.
-
The only problem some times were the elevators, and getting one to take you down to the lobby from the 26th floor. From what i understand there was only one that went to the High Bar on top of the hotel. We heard alot of complaining about that. Most of the time we were not in a hurry, so it didnt really bother us.

Great location if you need access to the subway. Within walking distance of the New York Public Library and Bryant Park.
-
But - the room was so quiet and super cold a/c. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The location is great but for the price, there are a lot of factors to consider.

AC sucked and was hot all night, the elevators took forever however the hotel is close to most places.
-
The hotel is in a great location. Rooms and property are clean. The best part about the hotel is the friendly staff. Everyone is helpful and genuinely wants to help. Front desk, bartenders and restaurant staff are awesome! The only knock I have is that the elevators can be slow during check in or checkout hours. The air conditioner was a little loud which doesn’t bother me but I can see how it might bother others. I will definitely be back!

It was a good experience here

Property needs a complete overhaul which is apparently coming in the next year. Restaurant is dismal with a menu which looks full of items from Costco. Tiny rooms but that’s NUC.
-
It was my second time there and they stay was good
-
Hotel was great very central for easy access to local subway rooftop bar superb viewing point staff on hand all time if needed definitely would come back
-
Was not a good experience. Line to check in was too long. Had people trying to skip the line. Had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator. Ordered a microwave for my room and when I walked back to my room and opened the door the microwave was on the floor.smh
