I enjoyed the environment, the amenities that was inside and outside of the hotel. The staff was amazing. I was intrigued about how the staff supported me in distress early in the morning and the room the staff and everything else was great. I would definitely book a room again. It was a great location and close and proximity to everything.

I enjoyed the floor to celling windows displaying the river view. Rooms where slightly smaller than i expected . Access to all attractions where on point. The only thing i wish they had was a complimentary toiletries in the room. Aside from my wish everything was ok!!

Everything was great except the shower. The shower heads were both broken and it was difficult to shower with the bottom faucet. We tried calling down and the phone didn’t work. It was really late and night and only stayed one day.

The walls are paper thin and can hear every neighbor and people talking on the street three levels below. Beautiful hotel and great staff.

We really enjoyed our stay! We was very surprised as well as disapointed that breakfast ends So early @ 9. It was disappointing and unknown to me, especially after paying for it in advance.
