Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center

Our room was perfectly clean. Very spacious. The a/c worked great. Very quite. The staff was so polite & extremely helpful.

The overall experience was great after housekeeping sprayed down the smoke filled room.

Check in took forever, the line was so long and took about 40 minutes to get through. The ‘room service’ was extremely limited, trash was left in big bags by housekeeping to be picked up later, but was not very welcoming when arriving to our room after a lengthy check in around 5:00, and the parking attendant when we were leaving was rude. We had no idea we were supposed to keep our room keys to leave the parking lot, as the check out line was long like the check in line, so we did the express check out-which required us to leave our keys. For $600/night we got less than we did when we stayed at another hotel less than a block away previously for $300/night. Wasn’t worth the hype.

Didn't get a room with a great view, and thought the room would be like the photos. I would have chosen a room with a better view..

Family friendly weekend. Enjoyed Summer Foodie Festival and Saturday night music.

We had a great time at the resort on a rainy weekend. There was enough to do right around the resort that we had a great time inspite of the weather.

Loved the location and the building was beautiful. Breakfast was good but would have liked other breakfast meats like turkey bacon or chicken sausage. Everything I experienced was good but one overnight stay wasn’t enough time to experience everything the hotel had to offer.
