Very cozy hotel in an ideal spot close to the downtown entertainment area. Clean rooms, beautiful artwork throughout the property, and a beautiful atmosphere that is super welcoming, i will definitely be back!!!

Check-in was at 4:00. We arrived at 3:45 and were told our room would be ready in 15min. At 4:30 it still wasn’t ready and we were told it would be another 40 minutes. The entire lobby was full of people and luggage because no one could check in to their rooms due to them not being cleaned in time.

Staff was great, security in lobby 24/7. No ice maker in the hall was weird you have to call for ice and they never came until I went down to the front desk where they fixed it.

It was unique and a great location for Nissan Stadium! The noise in our room (801)…. Sounded like a vacuum cleaner whenever the air was on! Thought it was the elevator (you’re right next to it) but it was the air vent! Also was confused about how to get to the 8th floor.

The hotel is in great shape and very clean, the staff were kind and got us checked in with ease early however the modifications since taking over the old 21c space are heart breaking and the hotel has lost so much of the character that made it special. I was truly looking forward to staying here again after my last visit when it was still the 21c but sadly will not be staying again. The art museum not being open 24/7 for hotel guests. The removal of the dark sultry decor. Very sad to have lost such a unique and special Nashville hotel to be replaced with a generic Hilton version.

The people who worked here were fantastic and helpful! But our air conditioning did not work in our room and they were unable to fix it. Also housekeeping tried to enter our room at 930 before we had checked out of the room at 1100.

Would definitely recommend for those coming to Nashville who don’t want to stay right in the middle of Broadway but close enough to still enjoy everything about downtown including Broadway 3 blocks away! No noise , super clean, and felt super safe! Definitely will stay again!
