Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville Downtown/Convention Center

Room was great and roomy. Our room was on the third floor and there was a minor cliche with our TVs but they were able to fix it, and what do to if it happens again. No hairdryers so bring your own if you use one. Everyone was really nice! Great location as well.

The room was clean but they forgot to completely clean out the fridge in the room. It was a very clean room otherwise and location is great. Breakfast was good and had a good selection. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was beautiful, staff was very courteous. Pool was fantastic, plenty of room to not feel crowded and the gym was a very decent size for a hotel.

Cons - Pets are allowed. The room beside us had at least 2 dogs that whined and cried constantly. Hotel should put pets at the end of the hall or on a floor of their own. Felt really sorry for the animals being left alone so much. The night before we asked for 1/2 an hour late check-out, they told us to check back in the morning. When we did, we were told it was $50! Seems rather expensive for 1/2 an hour! We stayed at their sister property, The Joseph, the week before,which is more expensive, and were given a 2 hour check-out for $0 cost.

The only complaint I have is the complimentary breakfast. There needs to be some sort of organization. Everyone is everywhere and it is chaos.

Beautiful hotel! We loved the room. It was nicer and larger than I expected. Very nice in the room amenities. Our kids loved the pool area, amazing breakfast spread, and I especially loved that they offered cold brew at breakfast.

I left for airport and forgot my jewelry on safe. Christopher was working front desk when I came back ( in a hurry so I didn’t miss my flight) and he was so prompt and kind by getting me back to my room to retrieve my things and get to airport in time. Couldn’t bank him enough

The rooms are immaculate! The location is excellent for walking to Broadway or Bridgestone. The pool is very nice and the staff everywhere were very cheerful and helpful.

breakfast was good on weekend but took away the waffles and bacon monday and tuesday. could add other fruit like berries or watermelon all else was good.
