Excellent location and amenities. The staff were wonderful and the room was clean.

Great hotel, very kind staff, great location 2 block from Broadway, right near Country Music Hall of Fame. Only downfall is no microwave in the rooms, which was hard with my daughter with severe food allergies and we have to bring most of her food everywhere. Not one in lobby either and staff said they could not warm anything up for us. But hotel was beautiful and great location.

Our stay was an absolute pleasure, the staff was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. We will be back! Love Nashville.

Definitely need more staff at the bars but other than that was a great time.

Very clean room and property. Staff was fantastic and always helpful. We ate at JWB’s the first night upon checking in. My husband’s meal was “not good and not bad.” My meal was super greasy and made me a little sick. Love the concept of this place and really hoped the restaurant was on par with rest of the facility.

Very clean, nice hotel, reasonably priced within walking distance of Broadway.

It was like sleeping on a plane with a constant engine droning away. The pool has limited seating and even more limited shade. The OMNI pool looks way way nicer. The resort fee destination charge of nearly $30 a night is certainly not worth it. The fob entry to the room was annoying and glitchy. I did report it and they rekeyed it, but it was still sporadic in functionality. Housekeeping was good. Location and accessibility to the Nashville conference center was excellent. Would I stay here again? Probably not I think there are many options in the same area (for just a bit more) that would have been more responsive to the issues we had and reported.

overall everything was great

Hotel was ideally located for a short walk to Broadway but far enough away not to hear the music etc that Broadway provides. Pool area was great I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the room and especially the rooftop pool and bar. We were there midweek and the hotel was very quiet. We expected a bit more party but may have been due to the weekday. We could comfortably walk to broadway with no issues, strolling in less then 10 minutes. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Good central location

Bar Didn’t have the liquor for the drinks we wanted many times and the pool was Scummy Our room had No ice bike and the shower was soooo small the shower curtain in the inside had stains and the shower curtain didn’t go all the way to the floor so when you took a shower water Was all over the floor we Chad to wipe up everyday.

It was beautiful, clean, safe, and close to everything. The timeshare staff. I was told to go to the kiosks to finish checking in and was mislead. They are extremely aggressive, which started our trip out in an uncomfortable way.

Friendly helpful staff $65 a night for valet parking is asinine

Room was lovely and amenities great. However on the 2nd day, I noted a $23 charge on my bill for the poolside bar - Fins Bar. I went to reception to query explaining I had been to the bar once and paid the $19 plus tip bill in cash. I was told they would need to look into it. The next day when the charge remained, I went to reception again to be told that no one paid cash the afternoon in question. I argued this advising that I was sitting right under an cctv camera and they could check where they would see me leaving cash. I was questioned - what time of day, exactly where was I sitting etc. Eventually I was told the charge would be taken off. I was made to feel like a liar and that I wasn’t believed, terrible customer service in how this was handled. It has made me think twice about staying at a Margaritaville property again which is a real shame. One of my parties room was not cleaned for the entire stay and reception staff in general were very abrupt. The bar staff in JWB were outstanding as were the staff in the on site Starbucks
