Quality Inn Nashville - Opryland Area

There is NOTHING quality about this place. It’s run down. The room reeked like an ash tray The a/c didn’t work, smelled like an electric fire and set of the room alarm. There was NO hot water in the morning. Cold shower. Tried to complain to the front desk and nobody was there. Seriously want a refund. Don’t stay at this place.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was very good. Parking was great. Location for us was top notch. The music venues around the property were excellent. You hear traffic and surroundings but not a deal breaker. We would stay here again if coming to Nashville. (Did not have the breakfast so no comment.)

Clean room, good breakfast, and helpful staff

The room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was decent, not a lot of choices, but it was good. Great air conditioner.

It was very clean, close to everything we were visiting, staff was very courteous and helpful. We were very pleased with our experience. We will definitely make this place our go to place when visiting The Opry.

Great location next to Grand Ole Opry. and great Live music next door at Scoreboards.

Good location. Restaurants and Good music within walking distance. Clean and comfortable room. Good checkin. Breakfast was okay. Easy parking. Would stay again.

It would help to close the place and do sufficient cleaning. Lots of trash around too

Cons: Pool is across the parking lot in what looks like the back of a bar. Not only hotel people around. Felt very public. Parking lot was always busy with people revving their engines late into the night. Lobby had a funny smell that did not make us want to come for breakfast. Light outside the door was great for safety but shades didn’t cover it or keep the light out so the room was never dark. Didn’t sleep well any of the 3/4 nights because of noise and light. Left a day early because of this. Tried to check out before 11am (10:55am) but no one was there to talk to about a refund for the last day that we weren’t going to stay there.

Everything was clean and staff is very friendly.

No elevator. This is a 2 story motel. Lighted easy parking, very basic breakfast. Can walk yo a few restaurants. Felt safe. Comfortable bed and nice shower.

Room were ok. Staff was friendly and the man there on the morning we checked out were very helpful. Only bad thing was you hear the music until 2 am. From the bars across the parking lot.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfy room!

We don’t usually stay in a “motel” and honestly, this reservation was a mistake but although a little run down and in need of a facelift, it was clean and comfortable.

Desk staff were great. It’s an older property in need of updating but we were comfortable

So handy to the grand ole opry. The staff is always great. Clean rooms.
