Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Nashville-Opryland by IHG

This was the Hol Inn express we’ve come to love. Very nice and we love the cinnamon rolls. Very close to the Grand Ol Opry!

This is the best property I’ve stayed at. I only had 1 complaint. The bed was AWFUL. I hurt all over and didn’t sleep well. I cut my trip a day short because of the mattress alone. Please, PLEASE replace them so I can come back! A hotel like this deserves a decent place to lay down

Took off a point on well-maintained because the sign atop the hotel was only half-lit. Our room could have used an ottoman or footrest. The building is solid and quiet, breakfast pretty good for hotel food. We thought the door handles were a poor choice...thin blade style instead of rounded puts pressure on your hands when opening the heavy doors. That's a note for future designers, not a call for change now.

The breakfast was great as was the woman who managed it.

Clean room, comfortable mattress, my daughter loved the towel animals on the bed and vanity when we arrived.

One of the best experiences we've had when traveling. Friendly helpful staff and really clean. I brought my laptop along and the lady at the front desk helped me get on the IHG WiFi. They were all very helpful. Thanks

Bathroom floor was sticky

Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location if you are going to the Opry. Would have given it five stars but there were not coffee pots in the rooms. There is coffee in the lobby which is fresh ground and good it was just inconvenient for several of us.

Perfect place to stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable and it was five minutes from the grand ole oprey.

They had an indoor pool The pool sides were falling off and you could pick up pieces of the walls in the ground since it was indoors I felt like it should have been heated it was cold as hell

Conveniently located, clean, staff was helpful and great breakfast! Not property’s fault or responsibility but there was a tour bus with a lot of guests that were not exactly considerate of others.

Our smaller suite was just perfect for my granddaughter and I. Our family five night stay was comfortable, very clean and well stocked with our needs. We particularly liked the option of everyday cleaning or only as needed. Breakfast was a real treat with so many choices and great quality. The breakfast ladies were always helpful and kind. Front desk was quick to answer questions and call for shuttle transport for us. They were also pleasant to chat with. We would both highly recommend this place.
