I didn’t understand the Parking

The room was comfortable. However, the water would take time to go away in the shower and sink. The door to bathroom was broken and not too much privacy was left. I also wish that it was clarified at some point that you have to pay per person for breakfast. I take accountability on thinking that by selecting breakfast included options on hotels also included breakfast buffet “available” which is not “included”.

Wasn't what we were expecting

Half of the gym equipment was broken as well My other issue was I went down for breakfast and stood there for 5 mins . There was a sign that said please wait to be seated , but nobody came out . I went over and grabbed a coffee then came back. Two ladies were just standing there. They finally spoke , do you want breakfast , yes , do you have a red ticket , no , breakfast is 16.95 . Okay . So do I get breakfast do I pay first , they just kept standing there . So I walked away. If you are going to charge ridiculous amount for breakfast , at least have someone who is able to help out . Also since when do we have to pay for parking at a hotel!!!! $12.00 for parking $16.00 for breakfast that’s an extra $28.00 not including if others are eating breakfast as well (12 and under are free ) . Probably won’t stay again , to many negatives not enough positives

Apparently this hotel is a party hotel. I stayed because of the proximity to the airport. I wasn’t aware that guest could yell on the patios all night long. I didn’t sleep at all. You could smell weed everywhere. I’m in recovery and if you are going to smoke and drink and allow it on the property create a space for it further away from other guests. There is a fee attached to everything and I will not be staying again.

Great hotel. The free airport shuttle was amazing and it was a great one night stay. The hotel was clean and updated.

NO free breakfast and MICROWAVE in the room

Nice, clean hotel with helpful staff. We purchased breakfast with our reservation for $15 pp, but could not use it as breakfast was delayed 1.5 hours due to Juneteenth.

This was a very nice hotel to stay at. We had an amaz8ng time while we were there. It was very beautiful and set up well also. Finding and paying for parking was easy. Any questions we had the staff answered efficiently. The pool was actually big and clean. The gym was easy to access and use. We will definately stay here again on our next visit!

It was excellent, and close to lots of things

No complaints with the pool. It was no different from any other indoor hotel pool. As for the out side of the hotel, the grass didn’t look like it had been cut in a long while and the other issue I had was having to pay for parking, but even with having to do that, the hotel was still cheaper and a better value compared to other hotels for what it did offer you. The breakfast buffet was top notch and was included with our room but we did have to pay extra for that. If you’re passing through and need a place to sleep, it will do the job, but I can’t recommend this hotel to families unfortunately. 3 stars

Everything was amazing I literally was going to book another stay for the 4th July ,until my daughter’s best friend discovered a bed bug as they were making the bed . We checked out immediately, and I advise the front desk of the situation. The place looked & smell wonderful so it was so socking
