    We had a terrible experience. After a delayed flight, we arrived at midnight and there was NOT one place to park. Upon check in, I was ask if a king room was ok. I told the man that this was not acceptable. I booked a room with 2 beds at least 3 months in advance. He said that if we stayed the night, we could move to a room with two beds the next day. The room had not been cleaned, it smelled bad and there were stains on the couch - no soap provided, etc. The next day when I asked to move to a new room, the man said they didn’t have any available with 2 beds and he didn’t know why anyone would say I could move. We requested a refund from Expedia after the hotel offered a 25% discount which wasn’t acceptable. This was by far a terrible experience and used up one day of our short vacation after booking and moving to another hotel.

    From first glance the room seemed okay, it was a little dirty. After spending some time in the room, we noticed there was no cold water, which wouldn’t have been an issue, but we had our dog with us. The shower was scalding (and I like hot showers). We let staff know, and they said they would move us, but never did. The pipes under the faucet were also leaking and the floor was soaked. On top of all of this, my daughter stepped on a staple that was in the carpet. It punctured her foot. Staff just apologized, nothing was done.

    When first arriving to the property and entering the lobby, there is an OVERWHELMING fake air freshener smell. To the extent that I would hold my breath and avoid the lobby as often as possible. I had to change rooms three times. The first room smelled strongly of cigarettes, the second room had a broken lock and the third room was fine. The rooms seemed clean for the most part, but all had peeling wallpaper and seemed like nothing had been deeply cleaned for a while. Other members of my group had similar or worse issues with their stay.

    I get to the property and the gentleman who received me was polite. The property was quite dated and could use freshening up with paint for the basics. When i got to the room I wanted to relax with the tv. The remote control didn’t work so I reached out to the front desk. He sent up the engineer. The engineer came with another remote. It didn’t work as expected and I asked to be moved but I was told the property was sold out. I was in a handicap room but that was not a problem. However if there was someone with mobility issues there were additional concerns. The shower had a sign that says don’t touch the glass door use the shower curtain. As a result you have to be in the shower to start and control the temperature. I was only there for a day and was thankful for the shuttle. There was a notice that says the shuttle will stop in July.

    I tried to order a shuttle from the airport and was impossible to get through. A contact number to call was given but it was for reservations only. The first time, the operator disconnected my call. The second time, the operator put me on hold and didn’t return, so I had to get an uber. The experience was very frustrating. The only good thing about the hotel was the room was spacious but the sofa was filthy dirty and stained was afraid to sit in it.

    The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The air conditioning worked well, which made the room comfortable after being out during the day. Breakfast was convenient and had good options. Overall, the property was well kept, easy to enjoy, and I had a good experience.

    The room was not what we booked. We requested a tub, and had a shower. The staff was no help. All related. There was a restaurant advertised and there was no restaurant. The vending machine was nonexistent. The ice machine is older. Breakfast was bare minimum.

    The staff was friendly and professional. The room was cozy and clean. The room smelled wonderful, a fresh clean smell. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many hot food options, along with a variety of fresh fruits. There were several seating areas for breakfast. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

    Bed was very comfortable, towels were soft . carpet in room was very dirty, couch had several large dark stains. Elevator ceiling pieces fell off and had wires hanging down. Night front desk person was very friendly and helpful, day time front desk person was on her phone and unhelpful, and unfriendly.

    Don't let the 7.8 rating given this Hotel fool you. It's a dump. There are dozens of hotels within a mile of here and I picked one of the worse because the Hyatt name was on it. During checkin there was a machine blowing out some awful smelling fog into the lobby. It literally gave us a headache by the time we checked in. The hotel smells old. Our couch had stains all over it. The bathroom door was stuck open, like it was glued to the floor and would not shut. I could go on but you get the idea.

    This hotel is outdated and the rooms need new carpet. Rooms are smaller, everything needs to be painted. Overall place is not worth it
