Newly remodeled and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating! Thank you for a great experience 😀

My only complaint was the cleanliness. I noticed the shower wasn't cleaned at all. And there was hairs all over the bathroom. I wish they would've spent a little more time cleaning the bathroom but other than that it was great!

Awesome customer service. The pool was not open and the rooms do not have a microwave. The bathroom toilet smelled like sewage.

Beautiful, clean, exceptional service, very friendly. Christina (front desk) was amazing! The food was delicious. Pool area well maintained and perfect for sun, swim or shade in the cabanas. Just minutes to Opry, the mall, downtown Broadway St and Belle Meade. The price for our 4 day stay was the same as one night on Broadway. Not applicable
