Best Western Naperville Inn

Breakfast was adequate Rooms were not as clean as i would have wished. The bathrooms are old and fixtures not so good

I pre paid for a non smoking room. I called early in the day to let them know I would be a late check in due to a concert. We get there at 1am. They sold my room. I was forced to take a nasty smokers room. It smelled!!!! The door to the bathroom did not close. I have stayed here before in the non smoking. But never again.

My room was clean. Breakfast was great. Parking was free.

We were traveling as part of a wedding group, yet the front desk initially tried to place me on a different floor from the rest of my family, claiming there were no rooms available. After I insisted and another staff member stepped in, a room on the correct floor suddenly became available. The breakfast options for vegetarians were also extremely limited. To make matters worse, the meat and vegetarian items were repeatedly placed together on the same serving platter. When I politely asked if they could be separated to avoid cross-contact, I was told that other guests preferred them mixed together. Considering our wedding group of approximately 25 guests was staying there for four nights and all of us relied on the meatless options, this response was disappointing and dismissive. Overall, the customer service and attention to guest needs fell well below expectations. Staff would benefit from additional training in hospitality, cleanliness standards, and accommodating reasonable dietary requests. Unfortunately, I will not be staying at this location again.

Everything was excellent for a 2 night stay. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was perfect. For us it was the right location. Overall enjoyed our stay.

I had a really good experience with my 2 night stay. I checked in on a Saturday and the two ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I felt comfortable. The hotel is in a great location because it's near the highway and near plenty of restaurants and stores. All of the staff were friendly.

Hot breakfast was a nice addition. Quality of food could be better. Very convenient location with restaurants walking distance.

Rooms are hot even with the AC on full blast

Staff were friendly. Room wasn’t bad, but there was tape of some sort around the whirlpool tub and some dust? came out of the jets. Other than that the room was clean.

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is simple but good enough to provide all the needed nutrition. Room is spacious. Parking is convenient.
