When we first arrived, our room wasn’t even ready. I was asked to come back. We came back after having lunch and it still wasn’t cleaned. I had to wait again with my elderly parents in the car. We booked a suite, and when we got to the room, it wasn’t as pictured. The breakfast selection was bare minimum and not great. There wasn’t any where to sit because it was so crowded. I would not stay here again.

Hotel is dingy & desperately needs updating — room was dark with yellow stains on the ceiling — no room service while I was there — the tv in the bedroom did not work — I reported this but nothing was done.

I was given a room opposite to the gym, and next to the laundry room. It was so noisy that I did not sleep well. The breakfast was less than the Fairfield grade. The hotel does NOT live up to the Fairfield name. Beware and stay away.

What has been even more disappointing is the way management has handled the situation afterward. We have been trying to obtain a refund for our stay, but have been met with delays, poor communication, and what appear to be repeated excuses. Management continues to claim they have not received emails from Expedia, despite ample time to resolve the matter. At this point, it feels like they are simply avoiding responsibility rather than addressing a legitimate customer concern. Finding a bedbug in a hotel room is a serious issue, but the lack of professionalism, accountability, and urgency shown by management has made the situation far worse. Guests should not have to fight for basic customer service after experiencing such a significant problem. I strongly recommend that travelers consider other accommodations. Based on our experience, this property has failed both in maintaining acceptable room conditions and in providing honest, responsive customer service when issues arise.

Check in and out was quick Overpriced and underdelivered. They required signing up for their rewards program to access wifi that doesnt even work. For the size of the hotel, breakfast was way too small of a space and way too few of options (at this price). Rooms have curtains that do not close completely so expect sunlight. There's also no microwave in rooms. When using the TV, the remotes do not have back arrows so navigating any apps they had available wasn't feasible at all, so all that's left are about 20 channels.

Unfortunately someone tried to get into our room at 1 am. That was not a good experience. The person then was outside our room without a shirt on. We had to call the front desk. Needless to say it was a scary moment for the family. It made me wonder the safety of the hotel. If that didn’t happen our stay would have been fine.

Before arriving, I called to request a late check-in, and the staff were very accommodating. The employees who checked us in were friendly, patient, and welcoming, and every front desk employee we interacted with throughout our stay was kind and helpful. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. Food was consistently replenished, and there was enough variety that we weren't eating the same thing every morning. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee and water in the lobby, a guest microwave, a gym, pool, small market, and ice machines on every floor. The biggest drawback was housekeeping. Our room wasn't cleaned for the first several days, and we eventually had to request service. The front desk explained that our room somehow wasn't on the cleaning schedule. Housekeeping also seemed rushed at times, but when we raised concerns, the front desk addressed them immediately and the housekeeper who ultimately helped us was very kind and thorough. Other minor issues included a refrigerator that repeatedly shut off, requiring us to monitor it to keep food cold, and rooms that felt smaller than expected. Our curtain had a small tear, but it didn't affect our stay. Toward the end of our visit, hallway wallpaper renovations outside our room were somewhat disruptive. A little advance notice would have been appreciated. Overall, this hotel provided fair value for the price.

Good value. Stayed 3 nights. Only issue was they didn’t have any milk Saturday morning for breakfast buffet.

Rohan was exemplary, very kind and patient. Everything was spectacularly clean. I didn't try the breakfast but I'm sure that it had an abundance of choices. Honestly not much. $700 for like 3 nights really isn't bad. The hotel was far from where I wanted to be, but that's more on my end. Other than that just the wifi is the only problem?

The hotel was good, conveniently located and a good price.

We will not be staying here ever again. Our room was dirty, and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. Despite numerous requests they did not come clean the room.

Tried to get fresh towels, but staff said I had to coordinate with front desk. Memorial Day there were no plates or coffee cups. Food ran out an hour early. Manager was rude and flippant. Disappointing for a Marriott.

This property is in need of a good upgrade. It was not terribly dirty but could use a little closer observation. Elevator dirty, shower needs a good scrubbing . They do not clean while you are there , they dont notify you of this. The room was missing a iron. The shower door was broke. Breakfast was not so great. Its ok just not great for what you oay for.

I had a great stay in Naperville, highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were very professional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The weight room could use some updated equipment. The pool could use better chairs and tables, but was a lovely respite for children after a day in Chicago.
-
The hot water in the sink was barely a trickle-we reported immediately but was never taken care of. There is only one trash can in the room and as the room is only cleaned every other day it was overflowing as were the public trash cans

This hotel is incredibly dated and worn. The hall wallpaper is torn and peeling throughout. The furniture is old. My room smelled like a combination of curry and pot. I had to spray cologne throughout it to make it tolerable. The breakfast was average, but several people complained the waffle batter had gone bad and tasted spoiled. Cheapest brand hotel in the area but now I know why.

-
We were given a room next to the pool and workout room and it shared a wall with the housekeeping laundry. It was therefore a very noisy room!
