The rooms were unacceptably unclean. Room 301, the first room assigned had blood stains on the sheets. The front desk moved us to another room, which was still dirty and unkept but had clean looking sheets. When the front desk brought these issues to the owners attention, she was unprofessional and absolutely rude. Over the phone to me she stated that if unsanitary accommodations like bloodstained sheets wasn’t up to my standard I should have left. It was after 11pm when we checked in and we had been driving for over 8 hours. I would recommend sleeping in your car before booking here.

Location and the facility was very clean.. The AC unit was very noisy and had ideosyncracies that required getting familiar with it to get the room comfortable. Once set right, it worked fine.

Affordability, pool was well maintained, check in was easy There was a miscommunication with paperwork here the lady who checked us in and the gentleman who worked overnight weren't looking at the same paperwork, I guess? The gentleman called my cellphone i guess to check on us- I was asleep so didnt answer, and thought that we no showed. Taking showers, my husband said the water was cold and took forever to warm up, but I was the 3rd one to shower and the water was lovely. The breakfast wasnt great but I wasnt expecting it to be.

The hotel smelled inside. The front desk staff was never at the front desk. The rooms were musty and in disrepair. The air coming out of the ac smelled. The doors were all scratched up on the inside. The shower smelled moldy. The carpets were filthy.
