Before we traveled and booked our reservation I read some negative reviews of this place. I seriously cannot understand from their point of view why? This place was not a dump as some places can be.. you know where the place looks nothing like the pictures. This place doesn't have those red flags. I would receive this place without hesitation. It's a nice, adequate place that doesn't break the budget.

The hotel was a very good choice for the area. The breakfast buffet was terrific; the beds were comfortable, and we were able to enjoy the pool. Unfortunately, the elevator was out over the weekend. Our room was on the 3d floor. The regular desk staff who were there throughout the weekend were sympathetic, but not creative in problem-solving. However, at checkout, when I asked for a discount, the manager refunded our entire payment.

The manager is amazing. I left a fanny pack in the room by mistake. She called me shortly after I left but unfortunately I missed the call. I arranged to have FedEx pick up the package and she got it boxed up for me, printed off the shipping label and handed it off to FedEx. I received the package a day later. Excellent customer care. The breakfast was good and there is a Cattleman's restaurant adjacent to the hotel property.

Good place to stay and very convenient to walk to Cattlemen’s who have delicious food and drinks.

Breakfast was good. Lots of variety. Only two things to do in the fitness room. No security at the side entrances. Our toilet seat was coming off halfway, but was replaced rapidly when we talked to the front desk. Flood on the room above us that leaked into our bed that made it wet during the night
