Had to ask for clean sheets. What’s that saying you get what you pay for.

Things were not like the pictures. Everything was kinda run down and filthy. The shower curtain was disgusting the carpet was disgusting. The breakfast was disgusting. There was pee in the elevator we told the front desk and in the morning you could still see the stain. They didn’t wash it? Also everyone who was staying there seemed sketchy. I’ll never go back.

Nice place they need to hire help

When I arrived the receptionist advised our booking had been cancelled 20 minutes ago because the 3rd party overbooked them and they had no room for us. Supposedly a cancelation email was sent so we could get a refund. But, that did not happened. They were both very rude and dismissive. I had driven 10 hours to get to the hotel and had already checked in and message the app advising our ETA, it was 11:30 already, in my party I had an 80 years old lady, my autistic son and me with Cancer. At that hour I had to figured out where to stay. I WOULD NEVER book there again.

I like that it was right off of I-10 it made it so simple to get off and on. The room was gross, I fell in the shower due to someone turning the shampoo bottle upside down in the holder and I ended up with a sprained ankle, there was a used washcloth still inside the shower, guests hair was everywhere, and when I told staff about everything all I got was oops I'm sorry and then I had to ask for extra towels to clean up the shower.

The rooms were disgusting. They smelled of cigarettes and dirty sweat. The floors were sticky throught the property. There were roaces in our room. The bathroom was disgusting. AC was broken and the beds were like sleeping on a block of cement

New ownership finding their way. Right price point.

Exceptional

It was filthy the hole place from the lobby to the elevator. The rooms the sheets and there where cockroaches in the hotel! It was gross. When checking out and telling the manager of the deplorable conditions of the property. I was told that they would do nothing about it and would make sure any review I left they commented on to tell everyone I did not give them a chance to correct it. Behind the reception desk was filthy as well. The manager seemed to not even care about the cleanliness of her area. The room cards kept depolarizing so we could not get in our room and had to constantly return to the front desk to get new cards. They mad me argu to get sheets and blankets for the role away bed and sofa bed. It was horrible

Everything The only thing I didn’t like is the air conditioner unit in my room was leaking so the carpet was wet

Close to Interstate Overall it was very unkept: all the hallways and the elevator were filthy, trashcans in common areas were overflowing, the exterior door leading to the parking lot was unlocked 24/7 the entire stay, we did not receive room cleaning service during our stay, our room smelled strongly of marijuana from previous occupant, and our keycard reader on the door did not work properly. Also, the doorway inside our room was absolutely filthy.

The third party over booked me so I didn’t get a chance to stay. I didn’t get to stay

Never again!

The beds were comfortable. Very dirty, floors didn’t look like that had been vacuumed or cleaned in a week or more, smelled terrible, lights didn’t work in the room.
