Cigarettes buts all over the place, garbage on the hallways, unclean bedsheets. I want a refund asap! Thank you

The lady’s in the office sweet.. the rooms on the other hand smell like moldy. The tv stand still had trash in them and the ac are nasty.

No drug dealers in parking lot and wifi not secure

Con’s: Half the lights in room didnt work, trash was left in room that wasnt ours, outlets were sparking, door too room was easily push openable, Tv didnt have a remote and seemed broken. The path to room was dirty with cigarettes and trash, broken bottles, and very rude customers. Overall unsure how this place stays open, its very unsafe. Wont be staying again.

I arrived and checked in. The property looked disgusting. Chipped paint and very dirty. I went to the room and the door was OPEN. I didn’t even want to walk inside because I was afraid that squatters may have been hanging out in the room or hiding in the bathroom. I called the front desk and got no answer so I went down to tell her. She asked if I wanted a different room. Obviously. I got the next room and the bedside table was sticky from the previous people’s drinks. I had to wipe down the room before staying. The whole experience was frightening and I was afraid to leave my car in the parking lot. People were knocking on my door, so I barricaded myself in.

No light in bathroom, no remote control, no trash can, no microwave or refrigerator. Clothes rack and hardware on floor. Rude staff

Most horrible room I’ve ever stayed in the sheets were dirty, and pillowcases were dirty. There was no tissue in the bathroom. The microwave was dirty and had food in it.

The staff was great she was nice and professional the first room the heat didn’t work and I got assigned another room the bed had a huge dip in it and the floor was really dirty

I first realized that there wasn't any heat in the room. After that discovered there also wasn't any hot water either,! After the maintenance repoted the water fixed disvovered that he was mistaken, it wasn't. Then after not discovering that the t.v. remote could not be found and could not be managed manually. After that, it had a none working microwave also! After changing rooms twice I finally settled in to the 3 room. The only bright star was that lady a front desk was so helpful through it all with a smile and good attitude. But I awoke to a morning without my Continental breakfast! Not even a cup of coffee!!. The second night was sprinkled with excitement of arguing guests, broken windows and guns drawn on one another! No thanks! I would like to request a full refund please.

This place was awful. Cord to the tv was cut. Breakfast was nothing but empty cereal containers.

They charged my card twice for a deposit a deposit i didn’t know i had to pay till i saw two different charges on my card and now they saying they only see one charge for a deposit and not the other one but i got proof on my account they did and now i have to wait bout 5 days on my money to get refunded and not sure if they gonna refund that other charge but other than that it was ok

We get to our room 120 and the room was dirty and the person working at that time it was around 10:00 PM. Last night was not accommodating at all. I called her immediately and told her that the door was open and the room was dirty and asked her if someone can come make the bed. She said she had no one but would send some sheets. She sent one fitted sheet and one flat sheet, no pillowcases and no blanket. I had my disabled senior mom with me and could not move upstairs, which she asked me to do but how was that possible when there’s no elevators. The other room was fine. I’m not complaining about that one but 120. I want my refund. Please reach out to them because I already reached out to them and they said that since I booked from you, I couldn’t get my refund from them. I am just asking for that one room because that was not OK. That was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with hotels.
