The room was not kept up they didn’t want to fixed anything never brought towels r tissue insects came out it was a business trip for the travel

Dirty, tv did not work, there was a rat in the pool and had broken down appliances lined up around rooms

Absolutely nothing No breakfast and bed bugs , roaches , drugged out people walking around at all hours of the night, very rude staff, no tv’s and dirty dingy towels

We arrived yesterday and it took 4 hours for a room to become available. Once checked in there was no working TV, electricity, towels, soap and they tried to charge me for our service animal that is 100% legally classified as a medical service dog. I showed them my dogs paperwork and ID and instead of accommodations being made they kicked me out after paying and refused to refund me my deposit or room $ . I am suing this hotel for discrimination. I video recorded the entire interaction with my phone . DONT STAY HERE

Although the staff is trying hard, the place needs a lot of upkeep.

This was a quick overnight trip and I didn’t really need anything fancy & the price was decent. Well problem number one, came in during check-in. When checking in the front desk receptionist told me that I needed to pay an additional $10 dollars because I was not charged the full rate of the room. Secondly, they only accept deposits in cash so I had to leave and go to the bank to get a cash deposit they offer for me to use the ATM on the inside, but that was kind of sketch so I just found a bank through my GPS. Upon check-in, the curtains in the room had holes in them. The curtains weren’t fully hanging on the curtain rod. There was no TV in the room. The refrigerator was sitting on top of the counter and it leaked all over the floor all night. Typically when I stay in a hotel, I bring my own linen towels, etc. glad I did because the towels did not look clean. The linen was decent, but I still slept on top of it. There was all kind of people in and out up and down all over the property all night the room smelled like old smoke and mold and it’s just not worth it even for a quick overnight. Stay zero out of 10 do not recommend.

Es el hotel más sucio que he podido mirar dure una semana y nunca fueron a limpiar el papel de baño se acabó y nunca llevaron nuevo el aire acondicionado no funciona lo reporte el mismo día para que me cambiaran de cuarto y no me cambiaron el televisor estaba dañado no hay microondas y para colmo ni tualla me dejaron el en cuarto y ya el día de irme no me regresaron el depósito porque supuestamente no avía tualla y elllos nunca llevaron tuve que salir a Walmart a comprar las sábana y funda de almohada sucia de verdad nunca más voy a un hotel de oyo

I booked and paid online through Expedia and they confirmed my reservation and then I showed up to the hotel and they tell me I can't stay here because they have no rooms available and they already billed my credit card and I'm still waiting to here back about a refund. I wouldn't book another reservation for an OYO hotel ever again.

Nothing! All the doors where busted in we went through 3 rooms NOT ONE of the ac worked in either room and the pool looks clean in this picture but it’s filthy and they tell you it’s clean but it’s far from it! Everything

Air conditioning is the only thing listed that was in the room and actually worked
