Best Western Plus Mobile Inn & Suites

Front desk was amazing, great personality and attitude considering she was the only one checking people in. Loved her! Air conditioning was great after long hot days at the ball field. Smells great when you walk in the door! Would definitely stay here again.

Do not book here! Roaches and poop towels !!! We couldn’t get a refund , so we requested another room and that room had roaches as well. The rooms are humid and sticky ! Breakfast items are spoiled and old . The towels and bedding was dirty and we even pulled a poop towel from the stack of “clean” towels. My daughter caught a stomach virus from this hotel . Literally the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had, just save your money and book elsewhere!

The breakfast was fair. I am not an early riser, so we made it down for the last 30 mins of breakfast. It might have been better had we got there at the start of it. Biscuits, gravy, sausage, egg, potatoes, waffles, cereal, juices, coffee, muffins. The staff that I met were all very friendly. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was responsive and accommodating.

I just want to start by saying that I'm extremely grateful that we had a place to lay our head for the night after traveling for hours. So initially, upon checking in, you see a nice clean lobby. Smells clean and everything. But it's very deceiving. The rooms we're moderately cleaned, and I say, moderately, because you can tell they tried. But there was remnants of hair, dirt etc. On the popcorn ceilings above, you can tell that they had attempted to paint over mold spores. The bathtub/shower drain did not drain properly. I cannot imagine what other rooms were like but I can tell you that the room that we stayed in was the third room that we walked into, and i'm extremely thankful for the front desk person for being extremely accommodating. The 1st room we went into was right next to the elevator and did not look like it had been cleaned from the previous person. The 2nd room we were assigned to was filled with the smell of mold and mildew, with the bed sheets soaked with what I could only describe as poor ventilation. The 3rd room we went to was cleaner than the others so we stayed but there were still traces of other people left behind. The desk chair all nice and bright yellow showed signs that it had probably never been cleaned or wiped down. The bed was comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. Breakfast was good with lots to choose from and the attendant was pleasant and helpful. Previous reviews are why I booked from 4 hrs away. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left.

My friend’s phone fell down the elevator shaft and we managed to get it back in the morning. The staff was really friendly and quick to retrieve it. The roads are crazy around the hotel but not the fault of best western.
